Our Process

STEP 1

1. Admissions

It all starts with a phone call. Talk to an admissions coordinator about what’s going on and what you need. We will take down preliminary information like your name, date of birth, and insurance provider. We will verify your insurance information to let you know about your coverage and any out-of-pocket costs or deductible that needs to be met. Finally, we will do a quick 10-minute assessment to ensure that we are the correct level of care for you in terms of any medical needs you may have.

STEP 2

2. Medical Detox

Our Inpatient Detox program combines top-quality medical care, clinical excellence, and comfort. Our licensed medical staff work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to monitor you— ensuring your safety and comfort. We are your ally in recovery, we will guide you through the detox process and show you the next steps thereafter.

STEP 3

3. PHP Treatment

In the simplest terms, you can think of The Best Treatment’ Partial Hospitalization Program as middle level of care for those in early recovery. It is the bridge between the detoxification program and the lowest level of care being Intensive Outpatient or an Outpatient program.

STEP 4

4. Outpatient Treatment

Following completion of our PHP program, clients may be referred to an IOP or OP program depending on their needs. These programs include fewer hours of programming, but help transition from higher levels of care until you are ready to go out on your own!

We offer an intimate setting for clients with a 1:3 Staff to Client ratio. This gives our clients the individual attention they deserve while going through the process of starting a new life in sobriety. We know recovery is a stressful process for those suffering from addiction use disorder so we want to make their journey as comfortable, stress-free, and safe as possible. We believe in empowering our clients so they are able to make the changes necessary in their own lives so they can integrate back into society hopeful, happy, and with a positive outlook on their future.
